About the role

  • Marketing Intern assisting PPC and Business Intelligence teams at Haymarket Medical Communications. Supporting marketing campaigns and performance analysis to achieve participation goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing campaigns to ensure achievement of participation goals for each initiative
  • Analyze performance data from emails, PPC campaigns, and ad modules
  • Assist in monthly budget and forecasting meetings, including daily formula updates
  • Create banner ads within relevant creative platforms
  • Assist with the development of PPC and retargeting campaigns in Google, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Maintain and update tracking documentation in Excel and Google sheets
  • Assist in contributing research, insights, and strategy recommendations
  • Assess statistics in Looker and Google Sheet trackers for CPE and Impression Campaigns
  • Work towards obtaining Google Ads/Analytics Certification
  • Undertake other assigned marketing initiatives, which may include support for other Haymarket brands

Requirements

  • Major in Marketing or Communications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Self-starter who can multitask, solve problems, and take ownership of projects
  • Ability to forge strong working relationships with a variety of colleagues
  • Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, preferred
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Excel, preferred
