About the role
- Assist with editing, uploading, and posting blogs on WordPress sites
- Engage in a variety of writing activities: emails, descriptions, blogs
- Participate in automated marketing activities, such as the creation of email templates, marketing lists and analytics
- Use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for lead tracking, account information and creating marketing campaigns
- Light graphic design
- Light video editing
- Social media management
- Assist with event coordination for marketing functions

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and curiosity to dig into & support projects
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Time management – the ability to manage multiple priorities in a supportive environment
- Ability to think creatively and share ideas freely
- Ability to be adaptive and work independently as a self-starter and self-developer
- Able to collaborate effectively as part of a team and know when to ask for help
- Experience with Microsoft Office Cloud products
- Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
