About the role

  • Personal Lines CSR supporting clients with policy management and problem resolution at an independent insurance agency. Requires experience with AMS 360 or Vertafore and a P&C license.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, handling all service requests including policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims assistance.
  • Process endorsements, renewals, and other policy-related documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactively address and resolve client issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our sales team and carriers to provide seamless support and ensure client needs are met in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Must hold a current Property & Casualty license.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines CSR is required.
  • Proficient in the AMS 360 Management System or Vertafore.
  • Bonus, but not required, if candidate has Commercial Lines experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
