About the role
- Manager overseeing financial consolidation and reporting at Stolthaven Terminals, contributing to a high-performing team in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage financial consolidation activities for Stolthaven Terminals business, ensuring timely and accurate reporting using Oracle and FCC systems, supported by staff from our Global Shared Services Center.
- Coordinate the external audit process and act as the primary contact for auditors.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring compliance with group accounting policies and deadlines.
- Maintain and improve internal control processes, working with stakeholders to identify and implement best practices.
- Collaborate closely with group finance to resolve complex accounting issues and ensure consistent reporting.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., RA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in financial consolidation, reporting, and audit management within an international organisation.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Dutch GAAP and IFRS); hands-on experience with Oracle and FCC preferred.
- Proactive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multicultural team.
