About the role
- Product Management Intern assisting in the complete product development process for men's grooming products. Researching ingredients and trends while collaborating with internal teams for effective launch.
Responsibilities
- You support our product management team throughout the entire product development process — from idea to launch — ensuring smooth internal coordination.
- Support in the development of new products in the shaving, beard and body care categories.
- Research ingredients, formulations, hardware products (e.g., safety razors, beard trimmers) and trends.
- Maintain and organize our product data and documents in Google Drive.
- Assist in creating product overviews and launch plans.
- Support customer inquiries regarding ingredients, application and product specifics.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers in Germany and Asia.
- Act as an interface to Marketing, Design and E‑Commerce.
Requirements
- You are studying Cosmetic and Detergent Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or a comparable degree program.
- You are interested in cosmetic formulations and product development.
- You work analytically, in a structured way and take responsibility.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented and enjoy bringing order to data and processes.
- You are communicative, enjoy working in a team and are eager to gain practical insights into a growing D2C startup.
- Excellent German skills; English skills are an advantage.
