About the role

  • Junior Product Manager ensuring product lifecycle management for Private Label offerings at Westfälische Fleischwarenfabrik. Collaborating across departments to develop consumer-oriented product concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Independent management of a defined customer segment within the private label environment
  • Responsibility for private labels, assortments and products across the entire product lifecycle
  • Development of market-oriented, consumer-relevant and target-group-appropriate product concepts
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Product Development and internal stakeholders
  • Conducting market and competitor analyses
  • Taking on cross-functional tasks and projects in product management

Requirements

  • Degree in a marketing-oriented field (university/technical college) or commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience
  • Initial experience in product or brand management, retail or the consumer goods industry
  • Experience in the food sector or in the private label segment
  • Good sense for market trends, consumer needs and product potential
  • Analytical thinking and strong conceptual skills
  • Structured and organized way of working
