About the role

  • Marketing Manager developing and optimizing campaigns for unique sticker albums in the community and sports sector. Collaborating closely with local teams and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • You will take responsibility for the strategic and operational marketing of our “local” sports and club projects: conceptualizing, planning and executing campaigns across all relevant channels (social media, paid media, owned & earned media)
  • You will produce, edit and repurpose content for our clubs — texts, videos, graphics — together with the Content team
  • You will manage and be the driving force behind the further development of our social media channels, and be fully involved in developing new formats and content
  • You will work closely with our LOCAL team and support client projects in all marketing matters
  • You will independently design and manage effective marketing campaigns, professionally support our partners, win new collaborations, and ensure smooth implementation and delivery of all media services
  • You will monitor the market, competitors and trends and continuously bring in new ideas

Requirements

  • Initial practical experience (approx. 1–2 years) in marketing — e.g., at agencies, startups or companies; experience related to sports, clubs or communities is a plus
  • Enjoy telling stories: you have a good sense of language, an eye for design and understand how brands resonate emotionally
  • Curiosity for new trends, formats and channels — you like experimenting and are willing to think beyond traditional marketing paths
  • First exposure to performance marketing & paid ads (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and a desire to develop further in this area
  • Experience designing, executing and analyzing marketing campaigns and an understanding of how to make success measurable
  • A basic understanding of data-driven marketing and the ability to translate numbers into meaningful actions
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
