Responsibilities
You inspire our future STICKERSTARS communities to create their own collectible album.
You quickly learn our entire sales process thanks to a structured onboarding program.
You primarily handle inbound customers — from first contact to scheduling appointments with our field sales team.
You screen new inquiries.
You arrange and conduct numerous meetings.
You are the first point of contact for all questions related to project execution.
You support the team, provide ideas, and create templates for your colleagues.
You work closely with Marketing and Project Management to optimize processes.
Requirements
Some practical experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
You are an excellent communicator and enjoy interacting with colleagues and customers.
You actively contribute to the company and are happy to take on responsibility.
You have a quick grasp, and work in a structured and meticulous manner.
You have a strong customer- and service-orientation and a hands-on mentality.
Ideally, you already have some experience in grocery retail (Lebensmitteleinzelhandel — LEH).
You are empathetic, possess excellent communication skills, and have strong negotiation abilities.
