Project Coordinator for TGA HKLS at STF Energy leading large projects in building technology. Responsible for coordination, communication, and project control ensuring timely completion.
Responsibilities
In this position you will be Project Coordinator TGA HKLS (m/f/d) in our STF Energy business unit and lead various large-scale projects in building services engineering – with a specialization in the area of HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning).
Projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn train stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, as well as supermarkets and hotels.
Coordination – With your expertise and ideas you take responsibility for the entire project coordination, ensure implementation of the client’s requirements and lead the project team to guarantee smooth processes and on-time completion.
Communication – You are the primary contact for all questions arising from the project and hold discussions with clients and project stakeholders (e.g., architects, structural engineers, etc.) – you also actively participate in project meetings and present project statuses.
Control – You ensure compliance with budgets and schedules, manage project controlling and keep all quality assurance measures firmly in view.
Requirements
You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on technical building services (TGA).
Ideally you have gained experience across the different trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or have specialized in one of them.
Additionally, you bring a solid educational background: you hold a degree in an engineering discipline – ideally with a focus on building services, supply engineering or a comparable field – OR you are a state-certified technician or Meister (master craftsman) in one of the trades heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management/project coordination.
You are distinguished by respectful interaction and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
You are proficient in common MS Office products and open to using new tools.
To guarantee optimal communication among all parties, you need very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
