About the role

• Fachplaner:in HLSK managing various building technology projects at STF Energy. Collaborating with stakeholders and conducting calculations and design drawings.

Responsibilities

• In this role you will be an HLSK specialist planner within our STF Energy business unit and will take responsibility for planning various large-scale building services projects with a focus on HLSK.
• Projects include public buildings such as train stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, as well as supermarkets and hotels.
• We support our clients in all project phases of building services (TGA) specialist planning.
• You independently perform various calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct and pipe networks, potable water, wastewater, stormwater, etc.
• You independently produce floor plan drawings, schematics and sectional views.

Requirements

• You should have professional experience in building services (TGA), e.g., in HLSK specialist planning, technical system planning, technical drafting, planning engineering, or a similar role.
• Ideally, you have gained experience across the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or were specialized in one of them.
• You hold an engineering degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) with a focus on building services/utility engineering or a related field OR you are a state-certified technician or hold a master craftsman qualification in one of the HLSK trades.
• Through previous roles or training, you already have user experience with industry-specific CAD software (e.g., Revit or AutoCAD) and with tendering/billing software (such as OrcaAVA or similar).
• To ensure optimal communication among all parties, you require very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
