About the role
- TGA Fachplaner in HLSK for STF Group, planning major building projects in various sectors. Focus on technical planning and collaboration with teams on innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- HVAC & Plumbing (HLSK) specialist planner (m/f/d) within our STF Energy business unit
- Planning for various large-scale building services projects — with a specialization in HVAC & Plumbing
- Calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct and pipe networks, potable water, wastewater, stormwater, etc.
- Preparation of floor plans, schematics and section views
- Use of digital twins
- Participation in weekly project and status meetings
Requirements
- Professional experience in building services (TGA), e.g., in HVAC & Plumbing specialist planning, technical system design, technical drafting, planning engineering or a similar role
- Ideally you have experience across the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or have been specialized in one of these areas
- Completed (engineering) degree (Bachelor, Master or Diplom) with a focus on supply engineering/building services or similar OR you are a certified technician (staatlich geprüfter Techniker) or hold a master craftsman (Meister) certificate in one of the trades (HLSK)
- User-level experience in industry-specific CAD software (e.g., Revit or AutoCAD)
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
