Responsibilities
- Technisch uitwerken van schetsontwerp, voorlopig ontwerp, definitief ontwerp en uitvoeringsontwerp
- Ontwerp gereed maken voor uitvoering
- BIM omzetten in uitvoeringsplannen waarbij maakbaarheid, haalbaarheid en bouwbaarheid centraal staan
- Toetsen van het ontwerp op uitvoerbaarheid
- Maken van risicoanalyses en doet nul metingen
- Adviseren over kwaliteit, uitvoeringstechnieken en materiaalkeuzes
Requirements
- Een afgeronde opleiding elektrotechniek op hbo-niveau
- Ervaring met software zoals Dialux, Intelec en O365
- Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving zoals NEN 1010 en NEN 3140
- Ervaring met contractvormen zoals UAV, UAV-GC en DBMO
