Responsibilities
Act as a Product Manager dedicated to the Salesforce platform.
Manage complex digital projects focused on CRM (Salesforce), customer experience, digital products and data initiatives.
Define the vision and roadmap for the Salesforce product, aligned with commercial, service, marketing and customer experience strategies, translating business objectives into solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Manage enhancement and support requests for Salesforce within Azure Boards, focusing on the Sales and Service clouds, Marketing Cloud, integrations and automations.
Create and prioritize the backlog considering business value, technical complexity and dependencies between squads through joint workshops with business areas (commercial/sales, marketing, customer service, operations, engineering).
Ensure the quality of user stories and acceptance criteria with a focus on Salesforce; plan releases and monitor the platform’s functional and technical evolution.
Discuss metrics analysis to drive product evolution.
Manage stakeholders at multiple levels across business and technology areas (Data, Architecture, Security, Operations).
Manage Salesforce licenses, capacity, costs and usage.
Ensure operational stability and governance of the solution.
Requirements
Solid experience in digital product management.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and its digital ecosystem.
Strong relationship-building skills with both business and technology teams.
Value-driven mindset with a focus on customer experience and digital transformation.
Bachelor’s degree (completed).
