About the role
- SCRUM MASTER II facilitating agile product delivery and team collaboration at Stefanini. Leading Scrum practices and ensuring high-quality product outcomes in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the delivery of high-quality products.
- Coach teams in the use of the Scrum framework, ensuring the effectiveness of ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective).
- Work with the development team to identify and remove impediments.
- Promote continuous improvement and the adoption of agile development best practices.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and ready for the next sprint.
- Provide support to the team through servant leadership, facilitating discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles and their application in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Familiarity with other agile methodologies such as Kanban and Lean.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools such as JIRA or Trello.
