About the role

  • Technical Support Analyst offering expertise in SharePoint and assisting users at Stefanini. Involves administration, support, and maintenance of SharePoint environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for SharePoint Online and on-premises environments;
  • Maintain relationships with and provide support to users, ensuring efficient, high-quality service;
  • Administer, maintain, and monitor SharePoint platforms;
  • Assist in the analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents and issues related to network infrastructure integrated with SharePoint;
  • Support internal teams to optimize processes and drive continuous service improvement;
  • Provide direct user support with a focus on agile and efficient service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Experience with Windows Server (IIS)
  • Knowledge of DNS and networking (preferred)
  • Microsoft tools: Proficiency in the Office 365 suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Platform, Outlook, Whiteboard, Loop, Sway, OneDrive, Clipchamp, Bookings, Lists, To Do, Teams, Forms, Planner, Copilot, and SharePoint customization.
