Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure Microsoft 365 environments
  • Implement security and compliance policies
  • Provide training and user support
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Manage licenses and access permissions
  • Prepare technical and procedural documentation
  • Support migration and system integration projects
  • Analyze and propose improvements to collaboration processes
  • Keep up-to-date with Microsoft 365 updates and trends
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft 365-related incidents and requests

Requirements

  • Proven experience administering Microsoft 365
  • Advanced knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Intune
  • Familiarity with security and compliance policies
  • Ability to deliver training and produce documentation
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with migration tools such as AvePoint
  • Proactive attitude and continuous technology upskilling
  • Technical English for reading documentation
  • Microsoft certifications (preferred)
  • Experience with migration and integration projects (preferred)
