About the role
- COE Fixed Assets Analyst responsible for maintaining and improving fixed assets processes. Support multiple MAHLE entities across North America in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining company’s fixed assets
- Improving fixed assets processes while ensuring process documentation
- Supporting all MAHLE entities within North America
- Monitor fixed assets master changes (additions, transfers, disposals)
- Monitor company’s fixed assets under construction
- Run fixed asset capitalization and settlement process
- Monthly fixed asset reconciliation report and asset under construction report
- Calculate monthly and annual depreciation
- Support on internal and external audit process
- Lead Projects to improve Fixed Assets process
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%
- 2+ years in similar position is a must
- Knowledge of SAP is a must
- Knowledge of Excel (Data base, formulas, pivot tables) is a must
- High attention to detail
