About the role

  • As a Quality Analyst at Stefanini, conduct audits and provide feedback on support processes. Collaborate towards quality improvement and assist in onboarding new agents.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality audits of tickets and processes performed by support analysts
  • Record evidence and provide quality feedback
  • Send feedback via email based on the audits performed
  • Monitor metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and support the creation of action plans
  • Support onboarding and refresher training for new agents
  • Update and create content in the Knowledge Base (KCS)
  • Collaborate on quality- and process-related initiatives
