Responsibilities
Provide support for the sales and service for the Financial Services Department and Financial Planner within the regional satellite offices.
Provides client service for assigned Financial Services clients.
Assists in the daily function of the satellite office by providing client service.
Responsible for the processing of all paperwork relating to client accounts for processing at the home office.
Provides secretarial and receptionist services to the Financial Advisor, greeting all visitors to the satellite office.
Assists Financial Advisor in establishing appointments with existing clients and potential new clients through the CRM.
Schedule and prepare for all client reviews and new client meetings using E-Meeting.
Responsible for processing client money movement, RMD’s, and asset transfers.
Responsible for updating and maintaining the Ameriprise CRM Salesforce with meeting notes, client calls, and all activity.
Maintain a good working relationship with bank employees.
Requirements
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training or two-year degree.
Requires two to five years general experience with two to five years specialized financial services experience required.
