About the role

  • Client Services Associate providing support for Financial Services clients at S&T Bank. Assisting in processing client accounts and managing appointments, while ensuring excellent service with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the sales and service for the Financial Services Department and Financial Planner within the regional satellite offices.
  • Provides client service for assigned Financial Services clients.
  • Assists in the daily function of the satellite office by providing client service.
  • Responsible for the processing of all paperwork relating to client accounts for processing at the home office.
  • Provides secretarial and receptionist services to the Financial Advisor, greeting all visitors to the satellite office.
  • Assists Financial Advisor in establishing appointments with existing clients and potential new clients through the CRM.
  • Schedule and prepare for all client reviews and new client meetings using E-Meeting.
  • Responsible for processing client money movement, RMD’s, and asset transfers.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining the Ameriprise CRM Salesforce with meeting notes, client calls, and all activity.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with bank employees.

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training or two-year degree.
  • Requires two to five years general experience with two to five years specialized financial services experience required.
