About the role

  • Client Implementation Manager leading complex financial services technology projects for State Street. Overseeing implementation programmes and collaborating with cross-divisional teams in London.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a leadership role on client facing Alpha implementation programmes
  • Oversee and manage significant elements or phases of a client implementation programme
  • Plan and proactively monitor progress
  • Support Client Implementation Executive for timely delivery
  • Communicate guidance and decisions from Oversight and Leadership groups
  • Support design of the program
  • Monitor expenditure costs against delivered benefits

Requirements

  • Experienced Project/Program management
  • In-depth experience of the full lifecycle of complex FS technology and services projects
  • Lead & collaborate across State Street & Charles River products and services
  • Strong critical thinking
  • Problem solving
  • Decision making
  • Relationship management skills
  • Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred
