About the role
- HRnet Implementation Consultant optimizing HR operations through HRnet application for clients. Advising on HR processes and legislation while guiding clients to best practices.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR process advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on HR operations and employment legislation
- Own HR process implementation within the HRNET application across multiple client environments
- Support clients in optimizing personnel administration and time attendance processes
- Translate business and regulatory HR requirements into effective system solutions
- Deliver user trainings and workshops for HRNET users and key stakeholders
- Conduct data and process testing to ensure accurate and compliant operation
- Analyze and resolve client requests and HR process issues
- Create user documentation and process guidelines
- Collaborate with developers and the design team to improve the application
- Identify product and process improvements based on client experience
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of HR processes and labour legislation; ability to act as a subject matter expert
- Experience advising stakeholders on HR operations, compliance, and process optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, psychology, law, HR, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence client decisions
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for business outcomes
- Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve
