About the role

Responsibilities
- Overall management and co-ordination of a number of key projects across different areas of the bank.
- Drive projects forward by identifying and managing dependencies and interfaces between projects and other business initiatives
- Working with Information Security and Engineering teams to transition project outcomes to ‘business as usual’ processes by monitoring progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication with experience of communicating to senior leadership and third parties
- Experience managing technology complex projects from start to finish with the ability to proactively identify risks and issues, and provide options and recommendations to Senior Management.
- Experience managing the implementation of Information Security tooling and processes gained within Fintech, or traditional Banking
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities
- The ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal skills ability to solve problems creatively
- A ‘hands on’ attitude to project delivery
- The ability to quickly understand a new subject matter, with the confidence to get up to speed with the technical or banking details of a problem
