Responsibilities
Provide training, guidance and mentorship to junior, intermediate, and senior staff on environmental projects and project deliverables
Lead environmental site assessment and remediation projects, from proposal development to project completion, including driving deliverables for multi-disciplinary projects
Ensure quality and health and safety requirements and procedures are identified and followed throughout a project's life cycle
Author and/or review technical reports and prepare client presentations summarizing project work, findings, and recommendations
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal project staff to develop new opportunities and execute technical work
Demonstrate sound application of established practices, standards, and guidelines
Apply technical and business knowledge and methods to develop creative, effective, and economical solutions to address current and potential project issues
Advance development of AI applications in collaboration with Technical Discipline Leads
Requirements

Skilled in communication and technical information exchange with clients, engineers and scientists, government regulators and agencies, and academia, as well as non-technical communication to the public
Recognized for your high level of technical skill and practical ability to solve problems in various settings
Application of a variety of methodologies to successfully remediate soil and groundwater
Relevant university degree with a minimum of 15 years of related site assessment experience
Master’s degree is an asset
