Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Director of Employee Communications
Supports a team of communications professionals who manage relationships with FST partners
Work with executive and business leadership to develop and implement internal communications strategies
Focus on reaching employees with communication experiences to drive long-term business strategy
Establish and nurture relationships with partners
Work with the Employee Communications team to develop best practices, standards, and processes for effective internal communications
Define success and associated measures for evaluations of communications plans
Lead individual projects and workstreams within large strategic communications initiatives
Requirements
Deep understanding of employee communications best practices
Strong collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal abilities
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
Skilled in framing key issues and messages by analyzing complex, sometimes incomplete information
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization and project management capabilities
Data-driven approach to informing communication strategies and tactics
Effective collaborator with creative professionals across locations (writers, designers, videographers)
Partner-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
Post-secondary degree in communications, public relations, or marketing
Minimum 10 years of experience in content marketing, communications, public relations, or journalism
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position
