About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for clients and partners, coordinating internal responses, onboarding, and delivery
- Plan and steer internal cross-functional initiatives
- Maintain and evolve operational processes such as onboarding, contract tracking, and internal documentation
- Coordinate and improve our internal Information Security Management System (ISMS), including audits, documentation, and continuous improvement
- Support leadership with strategic project delivery, decision tracking, and internal communications
- Help structure our growing operations function as we expand across new domains
- Bring a systems mindset: spotting inefficiencies, building documentation, and creating clarity where there is ambiguity
Requirements
- existing experience in project management, operations, or IT consulting
- Able to independently run projects and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Technically curious: you don’t need to be an engineer, but you are able to get your head around how things work in infrastructure and software engineering
- Comfortable context-switching and juggling multiple topics at once
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Familiar with compliance frameworks or eager to learn (e.g. ISO 27001, ISMS)
- Experience with internal tooling, documentation systems, and dashboards
- You take ownership, follow through, and bring structure
- You’re comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and thrive when trusted to run with responsibility
- Fluency in English required, German is a strong plus
- Open to occasional travel and team meetups
