Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for clients and partners, coordinating internal responses, onboarding, and delivery
• Plan and steer internal cross-functional initiatives
• Maintain and evolve operational processes such as onboarding, contract tracking, and internal documentation
• Coordinate and improve our internal Information Security Management System (ISMS), including audits, documentation, and continuous improvement
• Support leadership with strategic project delivery, decision tracking, and internal communications
• Help structure our growing operations function as we expand across new domains
• Bring a systems mindset: spotting inefficiencies, building documentation, and creating clarity where there is ambiguity

Requirements

• existing experience in project management, operations, or IT consulting
• Able to independently run projects and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Technically curious: you don’t need to be an engineer, but you are able to get your head around how things work in infrastructure and software engineering
• Comfortable context-switching and juggling multiple topics at once
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Familiar with compliance frameworks or eager to learn (e.g. ISO 27001, ISMS)
• Experience with internal tooling, documentation systems, and dashboards
• You take ownership, follow through, and bring structure
• You’re comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and thrive when trusted to run with responsibility
• Fluency in English required, German is a strong plus
• Open to occasional travel and team meetups
