About the role

  • Team Lead managing administration team in education sector at StackFuel, ensuring efficient processes and team development with a focus on quality.

Responsibilities

  • You will take on the subject-matter and operational leadership of our administration team responsible for funded training programs.
  • You will ensure that all administrative processes run efficiently, with high quality, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • You will lead, develop and coach the administration team in both technical and operational matters.
  • You will manage and prioritize day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflows.
  • You will ensure compliance with all administrative, contractual and funding-related requirements.
  • You will analyze key performance indicators and derive measures to improve processes and quality.
  • You will continuously optimize administrative processes, systems and standards.
  • You will act as the central interface between internal teams and external partners (e.g., the Federal Employment Agency/Agentur für Arbeit, Jobcenter).

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree, ideally in an administrative, business/economics or (social-)educational field.
  • Experience in administrative processes, ideally within an education or training environment.
  • Experience in functional or disciplinary leadership of teams.
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, and empathy in dealing with people.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and ideally experience with CRM, LMS or administrative/management systems.
  • Ability to align operational requirements with strategic objectives.
