About the role

  • Operational Incident Manager managing and administering incidents across multiple clients in superannuation administration. Leading incident management and collaborating with business units to ensure effective remediation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer incidents across multiple clients
  • Lead end-to-end incident management including identification, assessment, remediation, and prevention of incidents and breaches
  • Conduct investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with various business units to ensure accurate and complete execution of remediation.
  • Prepare reports and analyse trends in incidents to identify systemic issues and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in operational incident management and/or risk management within the superannuation or financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience maintaining positive client relationships
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple teams
  • High attention to detail
  • A team player who is committed to fairness, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of superannuation and systems
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
