About the role

  • Client Advocate supporting clients using the Black Diamond Wealth Platform™ solution and building relationships for effective customer satisfaction. Working in a hybrid role to ensure client success.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing clients.
  • Work directly with clients to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed timely.
  • Undertake discovery and education activities to troubleshoot technology and financial issues.
  • Educate and train clients on rapidly changing software systems.
  • Pin point the root cause of problems, provide solutions, and own the relationship from start to finish .

Requirements

  • Highly motivated with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentations and written documents.
  • Strong problem solver and work cross-functionally to deliver results.
  • Quickly grasp new and complex topics and communicate them clearly.
