About the role

  • Seeking an IT Project Manager to lead portfolio management tool expansion and processes for a Pennsylvania-based company. Essential experience includes IT project management, SDLC collaboration, and training delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Help to expand PPM tool capabilities by leading definition through delivery of management processes
  • Leverage experience with PPM business processes for tool configuration/development
  • Collaborate with development team’s SDLC from requirements definition through testing
  • Pilot rollout of module(s) and support expanded use across the enterprise
  • Create and deliver role-specific training and tips & tricks
  • Support governance committees that assess, approve, and prioritize PPM tool capabilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of program, portfolio, or agile project management experience
  • Experience with software testing, training, and user guide development
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office suite
  • PMP, PgMP, PfMP, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL certification preferred
  • ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience preferred
  • ServiceNow platform experience preferred
