About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and execution of our datalink portfolio—supporting airborne ISR, law enforcement, and military-grade applications.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in Datalink technologies, including COFDM-based RF systems for video, data, and voice over IP.
- Manage product vision and strategy for airborne and ground-based communications, maximizing CONOPS flexibility through modular configurations.
- Identify and lead on the implementation of AI technology for the Datalinks Business Unit.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in product management, market development, or channel strategy for communications or defense technologies.
- Experience in tactical communications, RF systems, or secure data transmission preferred.
- Familiarity with B2B and government contracting environments.
- Proven ability to manage product lifecycle and develop business cases.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- UK Citizen - Security Clearance is required.
