Senior FP&A Manager driving financial strategies at Spryker. Enabling data-driven decisions and shaping performance across the business.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you’ll be a key contributor to our high-performing Finance team.
Responsible for enabling strategic and operational decisions through world-class financial planning and analysis.
Translate strategy into numbers—building robust models, defining scalable processes, and delivering clear insights that directly inform how we operate and grow.
Drive performance analysis with business partners to identify actionable insights and support decision-making.
Own and evolve the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes in sync with business goals.
Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close and maintain seamless financial operations.
Develop and manage a consistent KPI framework that supports clear financial steering across Spryker.
Deliver insightful recurring and ad hoc reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
Champion agile, forward-looking planning practices that enable better business responsiveness.
Lead improvement initiatives across finance systems, tools, and processes.
Act as a trusted advisor—challenging assumptions, uncovering risks, and adding value to every discussion.
Requirements
8+ years in FP&A or Controlling in a high-growth SaaS or tech scale-up.
Demonstrated strength in financial and strategic analysis, with hands-on ownership of planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
Owned EPM system optimizations and maintenance.
Deep expertise in integrated financial modelling and scenario planning.
Proven track record of working cross-functionally and engaging senior stakeholders.
Experience working within the field of management consulting would also be considered a plus but not essential.
Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite.
Advanced financial modelling capabilities in EPM systems - experience with Pigment specifically would be a strong plus.
High SQL proficiency (with proof of application or certification).
Advanced skills in Google Workspace (particularly G-Sheets) and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
