Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision and strategy for the model evaluation systems for Spotify’s generative recommender system.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build evaluation datasets, scalable data pipelines and serving systems for model training and deployment.
- Collaborate with internal customer teams to ensure the generative recommender system can serve diverse use cases across Spotify.
- Investigate and evaluate emerging techniques in generative AI with ML engineers and research scientists.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business value and roadmaps.
- Leverage experimentation and data to iterate quickly and improve continuously.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and learning within your teams.
- Evangelize "AI-first" product thinking across Spotify.
Requirements
- proven track record as a Platform or Infrastructure PM
- hands-on experience in machine learning and AI
- familiarity with modern ML systems, data infrastructure, and large model training and evaluation
- ability to work with internal customers
- strong communication skills, both in person and in writing
- experience leading complex, multi-team initiatives in ambiguous technical domains
- excellent system-level thinking and strategic prioritization skills
- energized by defining how Spotify builds and serves AI systems
- located in Eastern Time Zone (ET)
