Responsibilities
You will be in direct contact with our customers: from lead generation and prospecting through proposal preparation to negotiation.
In this role you will make a decisive contribution to further strengthening our market position.
You will support the Head of Key Accounts Germany in the strategic development of core target groups.
In doing so, you help ensure the future viability and sustainable orientation of our sales organization.
You design and continuously develop sales strategies and processes, identifying opportunities from digitalization and AI.
You will develop into an expert on our product range (don’t worry — you will learn the 19,000 products step by step).
You will support analytical topics such as controlling and market analysis.
Requirements
A completed degree with a focus on business administration, economics, sports management, or a completed commercial apprenticeship provides your professional foundation.
Experience in sales and project management is an advantage.
Communication is one of your strengths and you enjoy proactively approaching customers.
You are passionate about sport and physical activity and bring that enthusiasm to your daily work.
You are prepared for hybrid working. Your role combines remote work and office days (at least 2 per week).
Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least B2).
