About the role

Responsibilities
- Support in planning, installation, and operation of LAN and WLAN infrastructures
- Support for new site connections and integrations
- Support for hardware relocations and infrastructure refreshes
- Work in routing & switching, wireless, firewall and WAN
- Help maintain network stability and monitor performance
- Assist with the implementation of network standards and security policies
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Technical point of contact for 2nd- and 3rd-level support
Requirements
- Completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent degree
- Initial experience with LAN, WLAN and WAN is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of network security and security protocols
- Familiarity with devices and solutions from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, Aruba or Meraki
- Some experience in network management and monitoring
- Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP are a plus
- Independent, structured and analytical working style
