About the role
- Controller position in Kölbingen supporting a family-owned business in financial operations. Responsible for budgeting, reporting, and optimizing business processes.
Responsibilities
- To support our team, we are looking to fill the role of Controller (m/f/d) in Kölbingen (Koblenz, Limburg, Montabaur area) as soon as possible
- Independent controlling for all companies within the corporate group
- Develop actionable recommendations in coordination with management and department heads
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly reporting for budget owners, management, and shareholders
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare forecasts and ad-hoc analyses
- Optimize internal and external business processes
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training or degree in finance, ideally with a focus on controlling
- Professional experience in controlling is desirable
- Analytical mindset and strong numerical skills
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Independent working style and high level of commitment
