Responsibilities
Pricing new sale and renewal quotes in Salesforce CPQ.
Draft contracts for new sale and renewals within Salesforce.
Participating in data governance projects and assist with clean-up activities within salesforce.
Participating in billing and sales related projects and assist with providing meaningful solutions.
Resolving general inquiries related to new sales and renewals.
Providing subject matter expertise while performing the root cause analysis of issues within OTC system to ensure better data quality and client buying experience.
Collaborate with different internal departments such as order management, legal, fulfillment, Cash apps and collections to resolve client queries.
Requirements
Strong comprehension, verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Attention to detail, self-motivation, positive mindset, excellent work ethic.
