Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of EDP’s tools and technology systems that support content creation, editing, and publishing workflows across S&P Global's digital platforms
Work together in process optimization and automation initiatives to enhance editorial efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and improve content quality and consistency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transformative solutions that enable editorial teams to reach optimal functionality and productivity levels
Explore, evaluate, and integrate Generative AI solutions to enhance content creation, automate routine editorial tasks, and improve workflow efficiency
Provide training and enablement support to teams on new tools, technologies, and best practices for content production and design
Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for standardization while maintaining innovation in content delivery methods
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
4-6 years of experience in editorial operations, content management, or digital publishing environments
Citizen development experience with low-code/no-code platforms to build business applications and automate workflows
Strong technical aptitude with experience in content management systems, publishing platforms, and editorial workflow tools
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to train and support diverse teams
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for comprehensive document management and reporting
