Requirements
7+ years of experience in IT delivery/service delivery management or technical PMO
3+ years working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) with technical teams (infrastructure/ops/devops)
Hands-on experience implementing governance and QA (not just reporting)
Technical background (infrastructure/ops/devops) to validate and challenge deliveries
Experience with ITSM/ITIL and change management (CAB, risk, evidence)
