- Technical background (infrastructure/ops/devops) to validate and challenge deliveries
- Experience with ITSM/ITIL and change management (CAB, risk, evidence)
- Certifications (Scrum Master, ITIL, Prince2) — valued
- Familiarity with backlog and documentation tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence/SharePoint, etc.)
- Ability to structure templates: runbook, knowledge base (KB), change request (CR) evidence, and post-change validation
