Responsibilities
Manage a funnel of inbound leads and prioritise responses based on service level agreements.
Ensure quotes and other tasks are processed timely, efficiently, and accurately.
Understand end-to-end processes across deal flow including roles of cross-functional support teams.
Update CRM with conversations, competitive information, decision-making criteria and pertinent information.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with the customer partner to progress on assigned tasks.
Achieve agreed quarterly sales goals and performance indicators for daily standards.
Effectively communicate with Sophos prospects and customers through various mediums.
Add value to the Channel business through best-in-class support and growth mindset.
Requirements
Previous Sales experience in the Cyber Security or Tech Industry, ideally within SMB.
Experience calling customers for renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell.
Experience using CRM systems. Salesforce is preferred.
Interpersonal skills: Engages easily and uses effective questioning and active listening.
