Responsibilities
Management of strategic customers for Hamelin brands, including responsibility for sales and profitability
Achievement of sales and revenue targets and continuous monitoring of results
Annual budget planning and forecasting in cooperation with Supply Chain Management
Acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance and growth of existing customer relationships
Conducting price and terms negotiations, including annual negotiations
Ensuring product placement in customer layouts and catalogs in coordination with Marketing
Market and competitor monitoring, participation in trade fairs and project-based tasks
Preparation of monthly reports and briefings for the Sales Director Retail
Development and implementation of marketing activities and new product ideas
Coordination of order processing and complaint handling in cooperation with Customer Service
Price negotiations for private-label products with customers
Requirements
Completed degree or a very good commercial/vocational qualification
Several years of sales experience in the consumer goods sector (food/non-food)
Good knowledge of relevant sales channels and strong negotiation skills
Excellent presentation skills and persuasiveness
High willingness to travel, strong communication skills and self-motivation
Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a team
Very good written and spoken English
Confident use of MS Office and strong numerical understanding
