Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic
  • Provide direct line management to your team
  • Help drive clinic success and foster Triton Hearing’s culture
  • Identify, assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with auditory and vestibular impairments
  • Fit, test, and manage hearing aids
  • Provide audiologic treatment for tinnitus using various techniques
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Drive team culture and ensure alignment and motivation within your team

Requirements

  • MNZAS Clinician experience
  • Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members
  • Focus on continuous quality improvement
  • Natural relationship builder with a collaborative coaching style
  • Passionate about team development and creating a high-performing environment
