- Senior Project Manager overseeing projects from initiation to completion in the hearing health sector. Ensure on-time delivery and strategic alignment across departments in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading medium to large-scale projects from initiation through completion.
- Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Serve as a central point of coordination across multiple departments.
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and process improvement.
- Foster collaboration and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure successful outcomes that support organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans with strong risk management.
- Deliver regular status updates and financial reports.
- Act as liaison across R&D, Operations, Quality, and Legal departments.
- Monitor multiple workstreams and resolve conflicts.
- Standardize workflows and enhance documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years equivalent experience; preferred Engineering, MBA, or advanced degree.
- Preferred certifications: PMP and SCRUM Master.
- 6+ years as Project Manager in medical devices, including Class III (active implantable).
- Assertive, confident, proactive, analytical, decisive, and highly organized in dynamic environments.
- Strong communicator and influencer; skilled in delegation, prioritization, conflict management, and team coaching.
- Risk assessment, feasibility analysis, project monitoring, and evaluation of technical reports beyond own discipline.
- Fluent in English; proficient in German, Spanish, French preferred; advanced in MS Office, MS Project, Jira, Jama, Polarion, OnePlan, Oracle Agile PLM.
