About the role
- Senior Finance Manager at Sonio leading internal reporting and financial transparency. Building finance and reporting processes in a fast-growing scale-up working with AI in prenatal care.
Responsibilities
- Lead all internal reporting (monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash closings) and ensure compliance with external audits and shareholder requirements
- Ensure financial data visibility across the company (Executive Committee, managers, etc.)
- Support preparation of Board of Directors materials on financial topics
- Track financial KPIs and projections (ARR, SaaS profitability metrics by project/client)
- Set up and control the department budget over time
- Manage cash and financing
- Serve as the internal expert on technical finance matters with significant exposure to senior leadership and the board.
Requirements
- Approximately 4–5 years of relevant experience; experience in B2B SaaS is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
- Advanced Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to challenge financial figures based on product and business understanding
- Fluent in French and English
- Nice-to-haves (not required):
- Experience with ERP implementation/use
- Korean fluency (or an interest in working with a Korean counterpart)
