  • Financial Advisor providing quality service to African customers while identifying business opportunities and supporting retention. Analyzing problems, managing relationships, and monitoring sales data for effective business development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
  • Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions.
  • Receive visitors and assist with various requests for information.
  • Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer.
  • Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; tailor standard materials to make presentations to decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
  • Monitor and assess sales and market data for specific geographic regions.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Valid Driver’s licence and Own Car
  • FAIS Compliance (NQF Level 5 FSCA Approved Qualification)
  • Clear criminal and credit check
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Presentations skills an added advantage
