Responsibilities
- Manage customer implementation projects from kick-off through go-live;
- Define, document and control project scope, ensuring alignment with the client and internal teams;
- Plan and monitor timelines, deliverables and risks, acting proactively to prevent deviations;
- Lead follow-up and status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders;
- Collaborate with Implementation, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction;
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules and status reports;
- Ensure the quality and standardization of implementation processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in software companies (SaaS or ERP);
- Experience with system implementations and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Experience with Project Management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.);
- Knowledge of scope, schedule and stakeholder management;
- Analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Organized, with a sense of urgency and a customer-focused outlook;
- Preferred: PMP or Scrum Master certification, or experience with agile methodologies;
- Preferred: knowledge of credit processes or the financial market.
