Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing superior Customer Service and handling varied transactions
  • Support rental, sales, and owned business model by entering various order types
  • Provide technical expertise to assist patients
  • Investigate customer complaints and respond before escalating
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure customer commitments are fulfilled
  • Participate in special projects as required

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED AND 2 years of experience in Order or Data Management positions
  • Proficient in oral and written communication in English and French
  • Knowledge on Salesforce, Oracle and SAP systems
  • Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and proactively address issues
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Availability to attend training Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–4:00 PM)
