Responsibilities
Positions support coordination, documentation, analysis, acquisition functional activities, MS365 automation, help desk functions, and administrative/data entry.
Perform data entry, updates, and record maintenance across NAVSUP acquisition systems.
Validate data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business rules.
Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, coordination, document control, and reporting.
Upload, manage, and track documents in SharePoint/Teams repositories.
Generate inputs for Monthly Status Reports (MSR) and Help Desk Ticket Reports.
Support Tier 2 Help Desk functional support with ticket documentation and user guidance.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year administrative and data entry experience.
40+ WPM typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong Microsoft Office and web application proficiency.
Experience with SharePoint and Teams preferred (or met by another team member per PWS rule).
