About the role

  • Administrator Finance – EMEA managing supplier data for EMEA region. Regular coordination with country contacts and handling inconsistencies in supplier accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain supplier master data for all EMEA markets
  • Regular coordination with country contacts
  • Review supplier bank accounts and follow up on any discrepancies
  • Manage the internal finance system, including data preparation for access management
  • Support with additional administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Experience in a commercial/business function, purchasing, sales or a similar environment
  • Strong German language skills
  • Strong English language skills
  • Additional languages are a plus
