About the role

  • Customer Support Specialist I enhancing healthcare experiences by handling inquiries at Solventum. Collaborating with patients and healthcare professionals to provide effective support and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries of moderate scope and complexity within customer service areas, such as Account Management, Upselling, Customer Issue Resolution, Customer Inquiry Support, Customer Service Analytics.
  • Interact with individuals such as patients, family members, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals, enhancing our customers experience with their healthcare needs.
  • Implement Critical Thinking to analyze the callers request and determine next steps.
  • Determine the best solution for our customers based on guidelines and expertise.
  • Support other workstreams within the organization by providing the corresponding information to the callers or redirecting to the correct team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced English (oral and written) C1
  • Flexible & Adaptable – con horario, procesos de trabajo y prioridades.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Ability to convey a positive customer service and team-oriented attitude.
  • Soft skills: Empatía, Cortesía, Escucha activa, Pensamiento crítico.
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office, Conocimientos informáticos.
