Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of cross-functional engineering programs aligned to business and product strategy.
- Drive on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Define and track key delivery metrics (schedule, budget, risks, outcomes).
- Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs.
- Establish and evolve PMO standards, governance, and reporting.
- Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum practices across teams.
- Oversee program delivery across software, infrastructure, and platform teams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and release readiness across programs.
- Lead enterprise use of Jira and related tools (e.g., Confluence).
- Serve as a key partner to engineering, product, and executive teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program/project/audit management experience in technology or engineering organizations
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and/or PMO functions
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team engineering programs
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum (SAFe or similar frameworks preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Jira (including configuration and reporting)
- Experience building or leading PMO governance, processes, and metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the Executive level.
